The prime objective and motivation in carrying out the proposed study are to highlight the microstructural size dependency which significantly effects the behavior of surface wave propagation phenomenon through various layered structured models comprising of material layers viz. elastic, piezoelectric, piezomagnetic, functionally graded piezo material. To capture the microstructural effects the microcontinuum theories such as couple stress theory, micropolar theory, and nonlocal theory of elasticity have been utilized.en_US
