dc.description.abstractThis study covers the structure and examination of the Monetary Policy in India and how it is practiced by the RBI. The reason for this report is to create among the readers a comprehension of the system and working strategies of the Indian credit and monetary policy. This study would help to recognize the objectives and pointers of monetary policy in India, understand the goals of monetary policy specifically and also appreciate the working system with the help of instruments received by RBI in actualizing monetary policy in India. This study includes the working of the monetary policy since 1990s, its targets since then, its instruments and the whole of Indian experience with the monetary policy. It analyses the outcomes of the monetary policy from 2010-2017 in the fourth sectioen_US
