In comparison with other methods, adsorption processis the best feasible method. Phenol is one of the most general pollutants in effluents discharged from diverse industries. Fly ash is found to be giving good removals as far as phenol is concerned. Investigation wa done to study the effect of different process parameters such as pH, contact time, stirring speed etc. The kinetic study have also been done.en
