Abstract
Novel coumarin-benzimidazole hybrids have been syntheized.Compounds 10, 12 and 13 were selected for preliminary anti-tumor activities out of which compounds 10 and 12 are most active towards breast cancer while compound 13 was even better then 5-fluorouracil(+ive control)for some of the cell lines.
