dc.description.abstractWe have refitted the bulk α(0) and neutron proton asymmetry aa constants, in the Seeger's semi-empirical mass formula at T=0, for all available isotopes of the periodic table up to Z=118. These constants are then used to calculate the temperature dependent liquid drop energies, in reference to the work of Davidson et al., which itself is based upon Seeger's semi-empirical mass formula.en
