Magnetic Properties of Manganese Ferrite Nanoparticles

Abstract

MnFe2O4 nanoparticles having average crystallite sizes of about 7 and 9 nm are synthesized using co-precipitation method. Samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer. Magnetic properties of both the samples are studied and compared.
