The project focuses on the possible role of T cells ( Th1, Th2, Th17 and Regulatory Tcell) in the case of successful pregnancy and in to compare the condition with the RPL patient. The function exhibited by the Th1 and Th2 cells suggest that the Th1 type cytokines which promote the allograft rejection and pro-inflammatory response is responsible for the compromise with the successful pregnancy, whereas the Th2 type cytokine promote the foetus survival during the gestation period. However the Th1/Th2 type paradigm is not always the determinant of the successful pregnancy, the T regulatory cells play a pivotal role in the case of pregnancy by suppressing the immune response in contrast to the cytokine of the Th17 cell, which is involved in the autoimmune disease and in the numerous proinflammatory response .en
