dc.description.abstractIn the present work multiferrioc BFO powder used successfully synthesised by SAL-GEL method. The calcinations of the powder were carried out at 450c, 500c. The phase bimoth ferrite powder was sintered 600c. The dieletric and PE lopp measurement was carried in sitered sample showed that dielectric constsant is higher in the lower frequecncy region an decrease.en
