| dc.description.abstract | The number of working women is increasing steadily and so are the roles of a women, which she has to balance. This study aims to understand the overall interactional effect of work-life effectiveness, work-family conflict and quality of life on job satisfaction levels. A sample of 100 working mothers was studied usind life-effectiveness questionnaire, work-family conflict scale, quality of life brief questionnaire and job satisfaction scale. Life-effectiveness and domains of quality of life was positively correlated with job satisfaction levels whereas workfamily conflict was negatively correlated with all the variables. The study revealed that environment of the women employees ia a major predictor of job satisfaction. A secure, helpful, supportive and understanding environment with all the necessary facilities can ensure higher job satisfaction, reduced work-family conflict and better work-life effectivenes | en_US |
