| dc.description.abstract | As cloud computing is increasingly transforming the information technology landscape, organizations and businesses are exhibiting strong interest in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings that can help them increase business agility, flexibility and reduce their operational costs. They increasingly demand services that can meet their functional and non-functional requirements. Given the abundance and the variety of PaaS Vendors available, we propose, in this research work, a framework for PaaS provisioning, which relies on the parameters for their evaluation. These parameters helps service consumers find the right PaaS providers that can fulfill their functional and non-functional requirements. The proposed selection process ranks potential PaaS providers by matching their offerings against the requirements of the service consumer. | en |
