Abstract: It is required to deliver the right product at right time to the customer with asked functionality and standard quality in semiconductor industry. It is very difficult and hectic to develop a product and check its quality manually and analyzing the result manually makes it a costly affair. This project is performed by keeping in mind the drawback of hectic manual time consuming process. To overcome the drawback of manual processing using automation because of configuration of hardware, modification in source code or operating system leads to identical and time consuming process. All these things can be reduced through automation. Automation helps in doing predefine action written through code and also helps in result analysis. For doing this our team come up with Enhancement of Statistical Analysis for Memory Generation Platform tool, which helps in routine functioning of organization. This project is very helpful for these kinds of organizations (STMicroelectronics). It shows performance in one picture through this everyone can conclude that how they are performing and can figure out how to perform better, who two use their resources in fruitful manner, here WebSubPlus is a tool which doing the entire task in less time with less human efforts.
