Abstract: | (1-x) Bi0.5Ba0.02Na0.5TiO3-xNiFe2O4 (x=0.2, 0.3 and 0.4) composites were prepared by sol gel auto combustion method. The structural properties of the composites were investigated using X-ray diffraction. The morphology of the samples studied using FESEM showed densely packed grains. The effect of NFO content on the magnetic properties was studied using VSM. Detailed dielectric and impedance spectroscopy measurements were performed in a temperature ranging from 40 oC -450 oC in the frequency range 100Hz-1MHz. |
